Employer pays reckless jumps

The ski holiday season has started again with a change on all kinds of injuries. According to the Institution for Consumer and Safety sportinjuries account for 1.7 million absence days a year. The damage, besides medical costs, caused by not working athletes is estimated at 420 million euro a year. Should employers pay for these costs?
